Michael is 'Over the Hill'!

Happy 40th Birthday Michael!

Michael's giant birthday card created by his friends and family.
Grace had lots of fun celebrating her Dada today.
Grace kept saying "hot, hot" when her fingers got to close to the candles. :)
Old Man River passed out at 3pm.
Thank you for being such a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, friend, Airman, Major, and faithful follower of Jesus.
Love you so much and hope you have many, many, many, many, many more birthdays to come!!!

Baby #2- 17 Weeks

We hit 17 weeks with Baby #2 a few days ago. As you can probably tell, I'm much more large and in charge with this pregnancy!

Grace is fascinated by my ever-expanding belly.

Roll Tide

Grace was all dressed up for the Alabama vs. LSU game this past Saturday. Although she only watched the first quarter (since it was her bedtime), she was able to watch 2 out of the 3 missed field goals by Bama. It was definitely a frustrating game to watch!
Excited to cheer on the Crimson Tide!

Perplexed after missing the first field goal.

Let's rally back Alabama! Go, Fight, Win!

Much needed pre-bedtime snack break.

Now i need to buy her a Washington outfit so she can represent the Huskies down here in SEC country. Go Dawgs!

A Baby Cow, Farmers, & Drag Queens! Oh My!

Our little cow had a fun Halloween this year. She got a lot of use out of her costume...Gymboree costume party class and neighborhood Halloween parade on Saturday, and then tricking or treating last night.
Someone mentioned to us that this is a costume we can keep using since Chick Fil-A has dress up like a cow nights throughout the year, which gets you free food!

Excited to play at Gymboree during costume day. Sadly, only one other kid dressed up!

Her favorite two toys are this wooden rocking horse and wooden slide.

Look at that booty...the costume had an amazing amount of stuffing in the rump.

Our neighborhood Halloween parade.

The farmers and their mini moo.
Grace with our neighbor Ava (or the cupcake princess).
After we got back home, Grace became obsessed with Michael's John Deere boots and wanted to put them on her feet and walk around (which is impossible without assistance since they must weigh 5+ lbs each).
And then she saw the cowboy hat and it became her new obsession.

I couldn't resist but to steal a few photos off of my sister-in-law's blog since my family is so amazingly creepy (thanks Kaitlyn!).

Stacy (a.k.a. brother Mac)
He seriously has the nicest, longest legs in nylons and high heels...not fair!

Dolly (a.k.a. Grantpa)

It looks so frighteningly real. I hope he didn't moon too many children.
